Visit the Gulf of Morbihan

Still wondering what you can do in Morbihan? The Presqu'île de Rhuys is a must! You can visit the Château de Suscinio in Sarzeau, with its medieval fortress that takes you back to the time of the Dukes of Brittany in the 15th century, in this mix of land, wind and sea.
The Rhuys peninsula offers panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Morbihan. With its hook shape, it's a real eye-catcher, and you'll find it hard to take your eyes off it!

On the north side, you can contemplate the oyster beds and even observe them at close quarters on a kayak trip. It's an original way to whet your appetite and look forward to a lunch of fresh bread with salted butter! What's more, depending on the season, the salt marshes of Lasné are not far from the salt workers, so you can discover their know-how.

At the tip of the peninsula is the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan at Port Navalo. On the south side, towards the Atlantic, the beaches welcome you and the breezes remind you that you're in Brittany. It's time to take a deep breath of iodine bliss!
