Equipment of the residence and the flats
- Do you have a car park?
Yes, the hotel has a large private car park for cars and motorbikes, accessible 24 hours a day.
Parking is available 24 hours a day at a cost of €9.50 per unit per day.
- If you book a "weekly" or "fortnightly" stay the rate is 7,15 € / day.
- If you stay for a month or three months, the rate is €5.85 per day.
You can also park your car for free in front of the hotel, depending on availability.
- Is bed linen provided?
Yes, bed linen is provided in all our flats, including the sofas.
- Do you provide towels?
Yes, we only provide large towels.
- Is there a coffee machine in the flats?
Yes, a coffee machine (filter no. 4) is available in all flats in our residence.
- Is there a toaster in the flats?
Yes, a toaster is available in the flats of our residence.
- Is there a kettle in the flats?
Yes, a kettle is available in our flats.
- Is there an iron in the flats?
An iron can be lent to you on request at the reception.
- Is there a dishwasher in the flats?
No, our flats are not equipped with a dishwasher.
- Is there air conditioning in the flats?
No, our flats are not equipped with air conditioning.

- How far is it from the city centre?
The Résidence Le Liberté is located 200 metres from the town hall and the medieval town of Vannes.
- Is there a launderette near the residence?
There is a launderette a few metres from our residence.
- Is there a bakery near the residence?
There is a bakery a few metres from our residence.
Internal regulations
- Do you accept animals?
Yes, our friends the animals are accepted! However, a supplement applies:
- 5€ / day
- If a stay " By the week " and " By the fortnight ", the rate is 4.3 € / day
- If you are staying for a month or three months, the rate is 3.4€ / day
- What are the check-in and check-out times at the Appart'Hôtel Le Liberté?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is possible until 11am.
- Is cleaning included in the price?
For the nightly rate, cleaning is included. However, a cleaning fee applies from 7 consecutive nights.
- What types of payment are accepted?
We accept payment in cash, credit card, cheques and holiday vouchers.
- Is it possible to pay for the entire stay with holiday vouchers?
We accept payment by ANCV cheques. However, at the time of booking you will be asked for a 30% deposit. The balance can be paid in holiday vouchers on arrival.
- Are local taxes included in the price of the accommodation?
No. The local tax is extra and has to be paid at the end of your stay.
